1st appointment: £55    (Babies or young children with no complex history =  £45)
Follow ups:          £30

Although I don’t have a set concessionary rate I am always willing to give concessions in cases of genuine hardship.

Policies

Cancellations
I ask for 24hrs notice if you cannot attend an appointment that you have booked. If less than 24hrs notice is given I charge the full appointment fee.

Payment
I accept cash or cheques but have no facility for card payments.

Phone contact
I have a 24hr land-line answerphone where you can leave non-urgent messages. I aim to respond to your messages within 24 hours during weekdays but will sometimes take longer to get back to you. Please always leave your phone number when leaving a message. 

I also have a mobile-line which you can use for between-appointment contact and for advice re acute illness or first aid situations. For twenty years I operated a specific phone-in time slot but from Jan-March 2012 I will be trialling a different system. You will be able to contact me at any time and I will either pick up straight away or get back to you asap. NB: Please do not leave verbal messages on my mobile line. I will not listen to verbal messages as it would cost money every time I retrieve them. If I do not pick up when you ring I will see that you have rung and I will contact you, or if calling from a mobile you could text me a brief message. I will always get back to you as soon as I can. I make no charge for between-appointment contact and although I am happy to call landlines I will ask mobile users to make the return call.

If I am away I recommend calling the Homeopathy Help Line on 09065 343404, but be aware that there is a charge for this service.

Confidentiality
I operate a policy of confidentiality but I may occasionally discuss a case with another homeopath and I may consult with another medical practitioner such as your GP. Where this becomes necessary I would request your permission before doing so.  If I have reason to believe that a minor or vulnerable adult is suffering any sort of abuse I would need to break this confidentiality and seek professional advice or make the relevant referrals.
